Photocopy of a report by Nicolas Baudin on the West Coast of Australia, containing an account of the Vlamingh plate: by a member of the crew of the Naturaliste. In 1801 the Naturaliste commanded by Captain Hamelin landed on Dirk Hartog Island and discovered the enscribed plate left by Willem de Vlamingh.
