Jan Willem van de Meene about the life of a Dutch migrant in and around Brisbane; Oral histories with Dutch migrants who migrated to Australia in the 1950s-1960s; Papers relating to Nienke and John Firrell's involvement in the Dutch community of Brisbane and the publication of Dutch community newsletters and magazines and with Nienke's professional work as a teacher and case manager for the Ethnic Communities Council (ECC) and Home and Community Care (HACC) working mostly with the Dutch community.
