Abstract 
Transcripts in Dutch of 1943 court rulings or sentencing records by the Netherlands temporary military court, residing in Melbourne. The accused were Dutch East Indies militaries who were charged with Desertion in time of war, death of a fellow serviceman, or helping or throwing a hand grenade in a military camp. All accused were found guilty and sentenced.
