Biographical notes on Carl Lagergren and his brother Nils Gustaf Lagergren and three Swedish letters with English summaries from Nils Lagergren to his family dated 1851, 1853 and 1854. Also contains brief English translation of each chapter's contents and a photograph of Carl Lagergren.
